Genotype Array

This dataset contains FFCWS focal children genotype data derived from the PsychChip bead array developed by the Psychiatric Genetics Consortium and Illumina, Inc. (San Diego, CA).   This array interrogates > 590,000 loci including 265,000 proven tag SNPs found on the Infinium Core-24 BeadChip, 245,000 markers from the Infinium Exome-24 BeadChip, and 50,000 markers associated with common psychiatric disorders.

The genotype data is provided in plink format (Purcell et al., 2007). The genotype data can be linked to and analyzed in the context of a limited set of phenotype variables including child’s sex, parent and self-reported race/ethnicity, and self-reported or directly-measured height, weight, and body mass index (at Year 15).

Please note: This file cannot be merged to other restricted use contract data or to the public FFCWS data.

Further detail on the creation and content of these files can be found in the documentation. For additional information, please contact ffdata@princeton.edu.
